The First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Patience Jonathan, on arrival at the Gdansk Walesa International Airport on Wednesday 13th August 2014, was pictured greeting officials and aides at a respectable distance with a palm-rubbing acknowledgement.
It is being referred as the new way to greet as a result of the Ebola outbreak. Under normal circumstances, the first lady would offer her hand for a shake.
