Late Apostle Obadare to be buried in a type of casket used for Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston - Son

Late Apostle Timothy Obadare would be buried in a gold-plated casket as a mark of honour for his contributions to Christendom.

This was disclosed by his first son, Pastor Paul Obadare, during a press briefing organised by the family and his protégés in Lagos on the burial arrangement.

"The coffin to be used for the burial of our father, Apostle Timothy Obadare, is taken after the type used for the burial of the late Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston."

Late Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston were buried in Batesville-branded golden caskets, which cost between $25,000 and $30,000.

He said the late founder of World Soul Winning Evangelical Ministry deserved to be so honoured.

In case you don't know Apostle Obadare was the founder of World Soul Winning Evangelical Mission, WOSEM, and General Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church, CAC, died of a protracted age-related ailment on march 21, 2013. He was aged 83.
