Unilag students drags Wizkid to Police station for allegedly collecting N500,000 from them without showing up to perform

Wizkid and his manger Godwin Tom were invited by men of the Nigeria Police Force - Zone 2 Command, Onikan, yesterday June 19th to explain why he allegedly collected N500,000 from some University of Lagos students then failed to appear at their show which held at UNILAG Sports Centre on May 21st tagged Concert of Life and refused to pay them back.

Wizkid was at the station for a few hours and was only allowed to leave after he had written a statement and bailed by his lawyer, then he was asked to report back to the station next week.

It is believed that these Unilag students may have been scammed by an imposter cuz Wizkid is smokingly expensive, with performance fees between 2-3million naira. It takes only those with financial guts to walk up to him for a performance. The singer tweeted "My Camp and I don't do cheap money!"

The case is now a police wahala Wizkid and his camp have refused to discuss the matter any further.
