The accused was said to have forcefully had anal sex with two children aged 8 and 9, leaving them with injury to their anus.
Two complainant had reported the incident at Lugbe police division after they discovered that their sons respectively fell sick.
The prosecutor said the convict normally picked the boys from their homes in order to send them on errands.
"The accused would take them to the bush, force their trousers off them and have sex with them against their wishes through their anus," the prosecutor said, adding that the convict confessed to have had sex with the eight-year-old boy four times and once with the nine-year-old during police interrogation.
When the charges where read to the accused, he pleaded guilty, saying that the boys had told him to do the act upon seeing an x-rated video from his phone and that it was a mistake and asked the court for leniency.
According to him, he only had anal sex with them three times.
Having pleaded guilty, the prosecutor asked the court for summary trial in accordance with Section 157 subsection 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the judge sentenced him accordingly.
The presiding judge, Alhaji Umar Kagarko, sentenced the accused after he pleaded guilty to a one-count charge of unnatural offences contrary to Section 284 of the Penal Code but he was however given an option of N50,000 fine.
Kagarko advised the parents of the children to file for civil action against the convict for injury caused to the anus of their children in any court of their choice.
