Former Super Eagles player, Victor Ikpeba has denied saying "Even if Buhari presents NEPA bill as certificate, I will vote for him, e don reach that level" - a statement tweeted by @Ikpebaofficial Twitter handle.
The former Eagles star took to @V_Ikpeba handle to announce that @Ikpebaofficial handle is not his, but an account operated by an imposter.
