2014 World Cup: Check out Ghana's final World Cup squad

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has dropped Jeffery Schlupp, David Accam and Jerry Akaminko as he names his team for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

The three were axed following a pre-World Cup friendly against the Netherlands in Rotterdam on Saturday night.

The coach, however confirmed that he would have been taking Turkey-based Akaminko along to the tournament but for a late ankle injury he suffered in the last minuteof the friendly.

Ghana lost the game 1-0 after Robinvan Persie scored early on.

Keepers: Adam Kwarasey, Fatau Dauda, Stephen Adams.

Defenders: Samuel Inkoom, Daniel Opare, Harrison Afful, John Boye, Jonathan Mensah, Rashid Sumaila.

Midfielders: Michael Essien, Rabiu Mohammed, Agyemang Badu, Kwadwo Asamoah, Sulley Muntari, Albert Adomah, Wakaso Mubarak,.Christian Atsu, Andre Ayew, Afriyie Acquah.

Forwards: Asamoah Gyan, Kevin.Prince Boateng, Abdul Majeed Waris, Jordan Ayew.
